GENERAL BILL by Bilirakis ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Homan ; Justice

Subdivision Property; increases tax deed application fee; provides notification to legal titleholders of contiguous property which is included in tax certificate for unpaid taxes; requires notification to certain persons when application for tax deed is made; prohibits assessment of ad valorem taxes & non-ad valorem assessments by certain entities against property constituting common elements of subdivision, etc. Amends 197.502,.582,.522.
