GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Russell

Transportation Facilities; provides for issuance of state bonds to fund state infrastructure bank projects; provides for public-private agreements to effectuate construction; authorizes dept. to request Bond Finance Div. to issue bonds secured by toll revenues from Alligator Alley, Sunshine Skyway Bridge, Beeline-East Expressway, & Pinellas Bayway for certain projects; revises limitation of turnpike enterprise bonds, etc. Amends Chs. 215, 334, 338, 348.
