Streamlined Sales & Use Tax; redefines various terms for purposes of sales & use taxes; deletes provisions re rental or lease of motor vehicles; provides for determination of location of sale or recharge of prepaid calling arrangements; provides that purchaser seeking refund or credit under specified provisions must submit written request for refund or credit; provides for notice of state sales or use tax rate changes, etc. Amends FS.
