GENERAL BILL by Altman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sansom ; Stargel
Local Option Fuel Taxes/Motor Fuel; includes bicycle paths & pedestrian pathways within authorized uses of proceeds of county & municipal taxes on motor fuel; expands uses of proceeds from local option fuel taxes on motor fuel & diesel fuel; authorizes certain municipalities to expend certain gas tax. Amends 206.60,.605, 336.025.
