GENERAL BILL by Davis ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Goodlette ; Rivera
Transportation Funding; eliminates deduction of service charges & administrative costs from proceeds of fuel sales taxes on motor fuel & diesel fuel deposited in Fuel Tax Collection Trust Fund; provides that rates of ninth-cent fuel tax on motor fuel & local option fuel tax on motor fuel, if approved by counties through adoption of local ordinance, may be adjusted annually based on Consumer Price Index, etc. Amends FS.
