Manatee Co. Local Option Sales Tax; validates all acts & proceedings had & taken in connection with special election held in Manatee Co.; authorizes levy of one half-cent local option sales tax in said county for purpose of providing funds to finance cost of acquisition, construction, & installation of, & renovation to, certain capital improvements & educational facilities within District; approves issuance of sales tax revenue bonds, etc.
