GENERAL BILL by Galvano

Health Care Equity Act; provides popular reference name; prohibits contract between managed care plan & health care provider from containing provisions allowing said plan to change material term of contract; requires that said plan notify provider within specified period of its intent to change material term; specifies acts & omissions constituting grounds for disciplinary action by Health Care Administration Secretary against managed care plan, etc.
