GENERAL BILL by Geller
Acquisition of Public Lands; decreases vote required for approval of acquisition of certain lands from five members to three members of Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund; reenacts specified provisions for purpose of incorporating reference. Amends 259.041; reenacts 253.025(7)(e), 259.02,.032(8), 260.016(3)(b).
