CS/SB 2046: Sentencing

GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Smith ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Argenziano

Sentencing; prohibits court from directing that sentence be served coterminously with sentence imposed by another court or court of another state; removes provisions providing for notification to another jurisdiction in event of coterminous sentence. Amends 921.16.
