GENERAL BILL by Webster ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Cowin ; Campbell

Saboor Grieving Parents Act; provides that where health practitioner has custody of fetal remains following spontaneous fetal demise, health practitioner must notify mother of her option of burial or cremation of fetal remains; provides that where facility has custody of fetal remains following spontaneous fetal demise, facility must notify mother of her option of burial or cremation of fetal remains, as well as procedures pertaining thereto, etc. creates 383.33625.
