CS/SB 2110: Metropolitan Planning Organizations
GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Siplin
Metropolitan Planning Organizations; redefines term "agency" for purposes of Administrative Procedure Act; provides authority for said organizations & political subdivisions to form separate legal or administrative entities for purpose of coordinating regional transportation planning & development goals & purposes; specifies how entity shall be created & operated; exempts entity from Administrative Procedure Act. Amends 120.52, 339.175.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
