GENERAL BILL by Education ; Wise
Blind Services; creates Fla. Commission for Blind in DOE; provides that commission is agency head of Blind Services Div.; provides that division is designated state unit under federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973; requires division to develop & implement state plan for vocational rehabilitation services & for independent living services; creates children's program; authorizes commission to create blind services direct-support organization, etc. Amends FS.
