CS/SB 2150: Nursing Homes
GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Atwater ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn ; Klein
Nursing Homes; amends definition of term "resident care plan" as used in specified provision; requires AHCA to give notice, as specified, of necessity to renew license; amends prerequisites to shared staffing; amends provisions that specify deficiencies in staffing which trigger admissions moratorium; provides exceptions for state of emergency declared by Governor or his designee, etc. Amends Ch. 400.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
