GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Dockery
Water Policy; deletes provision requiring legislative approval to abolish or combine basins existing within SWFWMD; redefines term "interdistrict transfer & use"; revises legislative intent re Surface Water Improvement & Management Act; revises criteria to be applied in determining priority of water bodies under surface water improvement & management plans & programs; revises boundaries of St. Johns River & SWFWMD, etc. Amends Chs. 373, 403, 259.101.
