GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Banking and Insurance ; Atwater
Health Insurance; revises grounds for disapproval of health insurance policy forms; requires health under certain circumstances; amends specified provision re unfair discrimination; authorizes Insurance Regulation Office to adopt rules; specifies nonapplication of certain group health maintenance contract filing requirements to certain group health insurance policies; provides exceptions, etc. Amends 627.411,.6515, 626.9541, 641.31.
