CS/SB 2330: Employment Background Screening

GENERAL BILL by Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal Justice ; Saunders

Employment Background Screening; provides that certain prior offenses shall be considered in conducting employment screening, notwithstanding provisions of specified provisions; provides that provisions governing background screening of persons involved with health care services pools shall not stand repealed; provides additional criminal offenses & deletes offense that would disqualify person subject to level 1 screening standards from employment, etc. Amends FS.
