GENERAL BILL by Saunders

Ethics; provides that gifts are valued at fair market value for reporting purposes; authorizes Attorney General to collect fees & costs associated with collecting civil & restitution penalties imposed for ethics violations; clarifies when vacancy exists on Florida Commission on Ethics & provides procedures for filling vacancies; clarifies time limitations for complaints alleging ethics violation, etc. Amends 112.3148,.317,.321,.3231,.324.
