GENERAL BILL by Education ; Bullard
Public Education Capital Outlay TF; provides that funds from Public Education Capital Outlay & Debt Services Trust Fund may be used for purposes of constructing & insuring educational facilities, including new construction; requires districts to compare certain life-cycle costs of materials used in constructing or expanding educational facilities; provides for retroactive application. Amends 1013.64.
