CS/SB 2404: Substance Abuse & Mental Health
GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Lynn
Substance Abuse & Mental Health; authorizes CFS Dept. to adopt by rule new payment methodologies & to eliminate unit-based methodologies for mental health & substance abuse services; creates Florida Substance Abuse & Mental Health Corporation, Inc.; provides for establishment of single managing entity for delivery of substance abuse services to child protective services recipients in specified districts of department, etc. Amends Chs. 20, 394, 409.912.
