Fire Safety/Residential Buildings; authorizes local government entities to exempt certain residential high-rise buildings from specified fire safety standards; requires sellers of condominiums to disclose status of buildings' compliance with specific provisions of Florida Fire Protection Code. Amends 633.025, 689.26.
