Rec.; repeals provision re public-records exemption for social security numbers & financial account numbers contained in reports of unclaimed property held by Financial Services Dept.; provides exemption from public-records requirements for social security numbers, dollar amounts of unclaimed property accounts, number of reported shares of stock, & financial account numbers held by dept., etc. Repeals 717.117(8); creates 717.1171.
