GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Webster
Insurance; revises definitions; conforms provisions to revised definition & to certain governmental reorganization; prohibits affiliated parties from certain activities constituting conflict of interest; specifies certain restrictions governing affiliated party conduct; provides for calculating certain surplus for certain insurers; revises requirements for securities of trust fund for single assuming insurer, etc. Amends FS.
