Reduce Class Size Scholarship Prog.; creates Reduce Class Size Scholarship Opportunity Program; provides for scholarship funding & payment; amends provision re corporate tax credits for contributions to nonprofit scholarship-funding organizations; amends purposes to include children eligible to participate in said program; redefines term "qualified student"; revises maximum allowable amount of total scholarship funding tax credits, etc. Creates 1002.395; amends 220.187.
