Timeshare Plans; revises provisions re legislative purpose under Fla. Vacation Plan & Timesharing Act; revises provisions re scope of act to include reference to personal property timeshare plans; revises provisions re escrow accounts; revises provisions re assessments for common expenses; exempts accommodations & facilities of personal property timeshare plans from provision of law governing firesafety, etc. Amends Ch. 721.
