Identity Theft/Internet Fraud; provides for penalty provisions for commission of first degree & second degree felony concerning identity theft under certain circumstances; provides for higher offense severity levels in identity theft cases under certain circumstances; provides that every Fla. consumer may be provided two free credit reports a year; provides for self-authentication for out-of-state business records, etc. Amends 817.568, 934.23; creates 92.605.
