GENERAL BILL by Campbell

DUI/Interlock Devices; decreases minimum blood-alcohol level for certain offenses; requires minimum periods of suspension of driving privileges for certain offenses; authorizes HSMV to contract for certain commodities & services; requires installation of ignition interlock devices as condition to certain licensure; requires notification by offender to probation officer when installation is required as condition of probation, etc. Amends Ch. 316, 322.271; creates 322.2715.
