SB 2644: Constitutional Amend./Initiative
GENERAL BILL by Cowin
Constitutional Amend./Initiative; encourages submission of signed petitions by September 1 of year preceding next general election; requires Attorney General to attach to each petition motion requesting that Supreme Court complete its review prior to first Tuesday in March of year that next general election is held, if feasible; prohibits giving or offering to give any pecuniary benefit in exchange for petition signatures, etc. Amends FS.
