Injury or Illness Report/Pub. Rec.; reenacts provision exempting from public-records requirements information in certain reports of injury or illness which would identify ill or injured employee; removes repeal of that provision which was scheduled under Open Government Sunset Review Act of 1995. Amends 440.185.
