SB 2740: Public Officers & Employees
GENERAL BILL by Sebesta
Public Officers & Employees; prohibits current or former public officer or employee from disclosing or using certain information for personal benefit or gain; prohibits elected officer from representing another person or entity for compensation before agency of which individual was officer or member for specified period following vacation of office; increases fine for late filing of statement of financial interests, etc. Amends Ch. 112, 914.21.
Effective Date: 07/01/2003 except ss. 3 & 12 shall take effect upon becoming law
