Public Health; establishes Div. of Disability Determinations within Health Dept. & renames Div. of Emergency Medical Services & Community Health Resources & Div. of Health Awareness & Tobacco; provides for environmental health services to include investigations of elevated blood lead levels; authorizes agencies to establish employee health & wellness programs; authorizes agency to contract with private or public entities for health care services, etc. Amends FS.
