CS/SB 2754: State Lands
GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Dockery
State Lands; revises requirements for appraisals when acquiring state lands; provides conditions under which state-owned lands may be considered nonconservation lands; revises requirements for land management plans for conservation lands be submitted to State Lands Div.; provides conditions under which certain lands may be made available for purchase under State's land surplusing process, etc. Amends Chs. 253, 259, 260, 373.
