Local Government/Recordkeeping; provides for disposition of certain surplus state lands; revises definition to increase monetary value of fixtures & tangible personal property that must be included in inventory of property; repeals provision re disposition of surplus property. Amends 253.034, 274.02; repeals 274.12.
