GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Dockery ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Siplin
Water Resources; requires local governments to include projected water use in comprehensive plans; provides for recovery of costs of alternative water supply facilities; revises limit on amount of revenue received by utility to qualify for staff assistance in changing rates or charges; provides for public workshop in development of regional water supply plans; includes consideration of population projections, etc. Amends Chs. 163, 367, 373, 403.
