GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Elections; provides additional purpose for statewide voter registration applications; revises method of qualification by candidates with no party affiliation & by minor party candidates; provides that electors in line to vote at closing of polls must be allowed to vote; revises provisions re responsibility for furnishing instructions for electors; provides for copies of constitutional amendments to be provided in booklet or poster form, etc. Amends FS.
