Lee Co./School Board Members; requires Lee Co. School Bd. to submit to electors of county school district question of whether district school bd. shall consist of five members, each to be elected from single-member residence area by electors residing in that residence area only; requires district school bd. to provide for orderly transition to such election of members, if approved; provides for staggering of district member terms; provides for referendum, etc.
