GENERAL BILL by Benson
Florida Building Commission; specifies legislative approval of certain recommendations of said commission re certain provisions of Florida Building Code; requires commission to adopt certain provisions as part of said code; provides legislative findings; exempts adoption of such provisions from certain requirements of law or commission rules; increases membership on Elevator Safety Technical Advisory Committee; deletes obsolete requirement, etc. Amends 399.106.
