GENERAL BILL by Bean ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hogan ; Pickens

Public Libraries; revises provisions re public library construction grants; provides for waiver of local matching requirement under certain circumstances; revises provisions re confidentiality of public library registration & circulation records to authorize disclosure of information to parent or guardian of library patron under age 16, for purpose of collecting fines or recovering overdue books or other materials, etc. Amends 257.191,.261.
