CS/CS/SB 326: Alcoholic Beverage/Underage Employee
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Regulated Industries ; Smith ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Argenziano ; Miller
Alcoholic Beverage/Underage Employee; prohibits person licensed under Beverage Law, or agent, officer, or employee of such person, from providing alcoholic beverages to underage employee; prohibits licensee from permitting underage employee from consuming alcoholic beverages on licensed premises; reenacts specified provision re records of arrests of vendors or employees for certain violations of Beverage Law, to incorporate amendment, etc. Amends 562.11, 561.19; reenacts 561.706(3).
