Registered Nurse Practitioners; requires advanced registered nurse practitioners to register with Nursing Board to prescribe medicinal drugs; provides fees; prohibits prescription of controlled substances for personal use or use of immediate family members; provides for disciplinary actions; revises definition of "practitioner" under "Fla. Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention & Control Act" to conform, etc. Creates 464.0125; amends 893.02.
