Portable Restroom Contracting; provides for regulation of portable restroom contracting; requires portable restroom contractor to apply for registration with Health Dept.; provides requirements for registration, including examination; provides for renewal of registration, including requirements for continuing education; provides for certification of partnerships & corporations; provides grounds for suspension or revocation of registration, etc. Creates 381.0069; amends 381.0066.
