Members of U.S. Armed Services; authorizes certain entities to charge for & include optional waiver of liability provision in certain contracts under certain circumstances; provides limitations; requires insurer to refund entire unearned premium to any member of armed services who cancels policy under certain circumstances. Creates 624.105; amends 627.7283.
