GENERAL BILL by Margolis

Residential Property Sale/Disclosure; requires that licensed real estate broker or salesperson make certain disclosures to purchaser of residential property re assessment of ad valorem taxes; provides that noncompliance may subject licensee to disciplinary action; requires person who receives offer for purchase of said property to make certain disclosures to purchaser re assessment of ad valorem taxes; requires that purchaser be required to sign disclosure. Amends 475.422.
