Real Estate Professionals/Regulation; redesignates "broker-salespersons" as "broker associates" & "salespersons" as "sales associates"; provides for licensing of broker associates & sales associates; revises requirements re notice of completion of educational requirements; allows broker to place personal or brokerage funds in property management & sales escrow accounts; removes exemption from instructor examination requirements, etc. Amends FS.
