Dentistry; includes oral health care in Closing the Gap grant program; allows certain dental students to take exams required to practice dentistry in this state under specified conditions; allows said students to take regional licensure exams under specified conditions; restricts applicability of exam results to licensing in other jurisdictions; requires approval by Dentistry Board & provides prerequisites to such approval, etc. Amends Chs. 381, 466.
