Child Custody Evaluations; provides presumption of good faith for actions of court-appointed psychologist who conducts child custody evaluation; prohibits anonymous complaints; provides prerequisites to parent bringing legal action against psychologist; provides for award of reasonable attorney's fees & reasonable court costs.
