Child Custody Evaluations; provides presumption of good faith for actions of court-appointed psychologist who conducts child custody evaluation; prohibits anonymous complaints; provides prerequisites to parent's bringing legal action against psychologist; provides for court to award attorney's fees & reasonable court costs.
