GENERAL BILL by Commerce, Economic Opportunities, and Consumer Services ; Margolis ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Siplin

County Tourism Promotion Agencies; provides that county may prohibit under certain circumstances use of certain names by business entities that are not county tourism promotion agencies; provides names by which such agencies may be called. Amends 125.01,.0104.
