FDLE/Blood Collecting; requires that each sex offender placed on probation or community control submit approved biological specimen to be registered with DNA data bank; requires that, in addition to blood specimen, approved biological specimen may be collected from person convicted of specified offenses who is incarcerated or in custody of Juvenile Justice Dept.; provides for collection of specimens, etc. Amends 943.325, 948.03.
