GENERAL BILL by Campbell

Ernest Belles Act; creates "Ernest Belles Act"; defines term "pharmaceutical adverse incident" & requires that such incidents be reported to Health Dept; provides exceptions; requires dept. to review reported incidents to determine whether incidents potentially involve conduct by health care practitioner that is subject to disciplinary action; specifies that any disciplinary action shall be taken by appropriate board; provides for adoption of rules & forms.
