Cancer & Alzheimer's Centers; authorizes establishment of for-profit subsidiaries of governing corporation; prohibits certain activities by such for profit subsidiaries; authorizes governing corp. & its subsidiaries to obtain their own property insurance coverage; changes appointing authority for certain members of council of scientific advisors; renames Fla. Alzheimer's Center & Research Institute as Johnnie B. Byrd, Sr., Alzheimer's Center, etc. Amends 1004.43,.445.
